La Representante a la Cámara por Bolívar Juliana Aray radicó este jueves 2 de noviembre, el proyecto de Ley que busca implementar los consultorios psicológicos comunitarios en las universidades que cuenten con facultades de psicología.
Bogotá D.C 3 de noviembre del 2022, La iniciativa busca generar un espacio de aprendizaje práctico donde los estudiantes realicen acompañamiento psicológico, bajo la supervisión de docentes, a las personas con menos recursos, y de manera gratuita, que necesiten este tipo de asistencia.
“Queremos acabar con el déficit de atención en salud mental en el país y facilitar el acceso a los servicios psicológicos para contribuir a que las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad obtengan esta atención oportuna y de calidad”.
El proyecto de ley establece que los consultorios psicológicos prestarán servicios de evolución de estados de salud mental, pronóstico y tratamiento de disfunciones personales que padezca el paciente, diseño y desarrollo de programas diagnósticos e intervención psicológica, test psicológicos, entrevistas, observaciones y registro de conductas.
Beneficiarios de los servicios
Las personas que no cuenten con los recursos económicos para contratar un profesional, las víctimas de violencia o acaso de cualquier tipo serán priorizadas en la atención. Sin embargo, el consultorio realizará una previa evaluación de la situación económica del paciente que solicita la asistencia.
Los Ministerios de Educación y de Salud serán los encargados de llevar la vigilancia y control del correcto funcionamiento de los consultorios. Además, implementarán un sistema de información para apoyar la elaboración de políticas públicas con el fin de armonizar la oferta de servicios de acompañamiento psicologico prestado por los consultorios.
Esta iniciativa contó con el respaldo de toda la bancada del Partido Conservador Colombiano.
